Sapphire Ocean

Sapphire Ocean

A Poem by Beautifully Tragic xPoetry Queen
"

Based on an image I had in my head.

"

Screams and shattered glass

Echo through the misty sea air,

As I hold onto the haunting memories

Buried in a seashell in the sand.

Glistening salty tears,

Dancing against the tide.

The moon beams like a spotlight

Giving me some relief of comfort.

Crashing against the rocky shore,

The sounds of a broken heart symphony

As my soul bleeds of sapphire blue,

Into the ocean, my sea of desperate dreams.

A totally cool poem with fantastic imagery. I was drawn by the line: "The sounds of a broken heart symphony." I am jealous of that line. A neat, concise poem.
Great work.

The poem is amazing. Using the images of the sea made the poem stronger. I like the description of how life and the ocean can flow the same. Thank you for the excellent poem.
