Spelling in school is atrocious

What happened to English class?
Since when is love spelled with an ‘r’ ?

Where did the ‘h’ in what go?

 

Since when is are a letter?

The same with why and you?

What happened to the vowel in text?

And laughing spelled with three letters?

 

When did 3 become ‘e’ ?

And @ become ‘a’ ?

When did we start losing English?

When did we start speaking… American?

 

When we became patriotic

And made our language different

We had to be unique

And we speak American

 

The thing is…

Does anyone know what we’re saying?

Very nice!
Personally I just don't get "LOL". How can so many people be rolling on the floor laughing at every little comment they make? Do they really think they are that funny? Drives me nuts!
