Building Sand Castles

Building Sand Castles

A Poem by Bohrium Guy
"

Some emotions I am trying to express and release....

"

Mold the cylinders

Create the shapes

The door and windows

behind seascapes

Sun bright shining sea

Seagulls cry sad songs

While kites float placidly

Kids playing in they're thongs

Deep hole dug for grabbing sand

Hours spend in creations glare

Umbrella shading the truth

While memories stop and stare

Soon the tide will rise

Discovering you built to close

A castle of sand stands above

Washed away by waters dose

If you don't risk building close, you never get to learn where you need to rebuild next time and still be close to the sea, because you have to rebuild. :) Lovely poem, love the metaphor.
