Rekindle Me Back

Rekindle Me Back

A Poem by BreannaAutumn

Among the trees
and the flowers bloom
I find the sight of you
I smell the cologne I once knew
I see the twinkle
in your eyes
and your faint smile
in the skies
But you're long gone
and this is now
I know it's crazy
but I still don't know how
to see the trees
and the flowers bloom
or smell the cologne
that I once knew
I don't know how
too see the twinkle
of your eyes
or your faint smile
passing me by
But I'll smile back
no matter what I'll lack
and hold on to the memories
that rekindle me back
