Imagination.

Imagination.

A Poem by BreannaAutumn

If I could find the time
Find a line
Choose one place
Where I could stay still
It'd be in my own world
In my own limits
In this quietness
Inturrupted by others whispers
If they might leave
and never return
I could spill my stories
on these dry pages
waiting to be stained
I could linger out
Beyond this skin
and melt into the darkness
Tell me it can't be true
I could never listen to you
My mind is in a place
In a planet
you could never rule
Never dent with your tainted ways
My world inside my mind
is pure and divine
and forever lost in gratitude
for imagination.
