WHAT HAPPENED TO FREEDOM

WHAT HAPPENED TO FREEDOM

A Poem by Brian Kraklau

when i look back at the times ive spent wasting on little useless details, it makes me sick, to think that i let these stupid details get in the way of showing the truth, the simple corrections that people fail to understand are deliberater to simply bring forward a higher truth, i look back at those days drowned in the poisons of all kinds, times where the smoke rings were all i had to simply release the air of its pressure, those of you may see that this idealistic view may be wrong, but understand that it is not if the mind is already up in ties and knots, how can one human live in this world without destroying themselves in sedation, every time i turned on the television or picked up the news of more blood stains, more death, more hate, more difference, who really cares what our brothers and sisters do, why force them into a smaller grave than we already sit in, why not let eachother be free to make the choice and learn consequence, why impose that we are all wrong and one is right, i say freedom should be brought back to life, why have we given up, what are we doing letting those fat pigs push us arround, well i see why some people dont eat pigs, theyre f*****g dirty in their own s**t, i would rather die than let some lowly animal like that controll my world, by dropping bombs on my family no matter how distant, how is it you all let this hate take controll, what happened to free will, freedom is dead in these days, rise people, rise and butcher these GOD FORSAKEN PIGS, I WILL DIE FOR MY FREEDOM!

With freedom comes responsibly; you are right the people need to get involved. We are just letting corporate entities take our freedoms away, by not getting involved. Nice cry to the people to get back into the picture of politics. This is how change will come, through and by the people not the government as leaders, but representatives of the people, by the people. Right now our country is being run by corporate lobbyists, because we have such a small voice of power as the people nowadays. I think there was like 30% of Americans who showed up to vote in the last presidential elections, and the government viewed it as a success, because the numbers were up from resent years. This is a discrace to all those who have fought and died for our rights! We must also remember that voting is just part of the process, people as citizens need to stay involved in order to keep your representatives informed. If representatives don't represent the people's wants they will lose their jobs; however, this will only work if people hold true to the commitment it takes to remain free. If they don't, you might as well just give our country to big business, and kiss our freedoms and hopes of living the American dream away. Right now they are trying to make it so there is only to social classes in America, THE RICH, and, THE POOR. So I am with you saying, PEOPLE OPEN YOUR EYES AND GET INVOLVED!

Great Write!

Freedom and justice for all had faded away to old dreams. USA was based on less Government. The more the Government controlled. The less freedom we will have. The world had changed. Faking ghost and demons to create fear. Allowing them to fight war for profit and oil. Your poem is strong. If we have freedom. Why were the people of Pittsburgh stopped from their demonstration last year? Guns and war gave contractors 646 billion dollars last year.
