The List

i carry around a list

in my head

of people i wouldn't

mind seeing dead

 

it ebbs and flows

on any given day

wishes granted

changes of heart

 

but at the bottom

there is a space

a name written

and erased

 

rewritten and erased

so many times

it has become

almost illegible

 

i almost forget

whose name it is

the last on my list

even though it is mine

Wow that's really dark. Hope I'm not on your list! LoL. Seriously people can be frustrating. I think we all carry lists. Good simplistic write. It flowed very well. Thanks!
