What is passion?

My question to you

Passion, a broad statement
So many meanings for such a small word
So I ask you what is passion?
Harder to define than one might think

You can make anything a passion,
Art, language, photography, journalism, business, reading
The list goes on and on
But I ask you again,

What is passion?
No dictionary, or search engine has the answer you need.
Look in your mind,
Think.

First you think of your own passions,
Then you try to think of an accurate definition.
You get stumped
Don't give up think again, harder.

What is passion?
The answer?
There are millions.
We each have our own.

My answer?
Simple.
Passion is one thing you will never give up, because this always brings you joy.
No one will stop you or take this from you.

This asks a very good question... I think some of us are here because writing is our passion, whether anyone reads it or not, but we hope someone will, someday. Thanks for posting this bit of insight for us. :)
