Message Given By Tyr

Message Given By Tyr

A Poem by Bryad Polis Valentino
"

The sanguine messenger Angel appears, fed, underneath the full moon, having received blood treatment, again. Renewed. For my brother Wolf.

"
Odin, who hung himself from Ygdrisil,
as he accepted his mortal state,
wanting to remain between.
Begged Freya for her seidr,
as charming as she was, Vainir.

His raven and wolf pals, talking head, knew all.
Survived on mead alone.
King of Aesir, his steed was mighty, fear Gungir.
His son, Thor, Balder, Heimdal, Hodur.
Woe be to Balder!
Make haste, Vali!
Frigg, his queen.
Is he also Odor?
Weep, Freya!
Loki, his shadow, trickster, master, king of Alfeheim, father of Hel.

Do not forget Tyr, lord of Tuesday,
he will return!
Slay Garm!
Use the other Arm!
Sacrifice and renewal!
Ragnarok has come.

Do not forget Skuld, Urd, and Thrud.
Fates be thy.
More, such as Frey, twin.
Fiery.
The Jotun, chaos, World Tree.
Nidhog appears, gnawing on the world tree.

Old Norse runes, alphabet of old.
Do not forget those who inspired Lord Of The Rings and Skyrim,
as not hath though.
Drink, brother,
drink mead with me.
Let's go to Valhalla,
become Einhjenir, serve our king and queen.
Chooser of the slain,
Valkyrie, appear!
Take our gift, sons, and brothers,
do not neglect this message from our messenger,
harbinger of old.

interesting. You capture the meaning of the gods quite well. Kind of reads like a prophecy of sorts. We musn't forget the old gods, and what it means to be einherjar.
