Morrigan, I Believe

Morrigan, I Believe

A Poem by Bryad Polis Valentino
"

A Morrigan-themed poem for your Friday. Enjoy!

"
You are the keeper,

Stroking my soul,

War and prophecy,

Crows of omen,

Shaking feelings,

Ancient beliefs.

Making me anew,

You cast me in fire,

Skin, charred, thick,

Now, I can't be broken,

Ritual keeper master,

Fire keeper of old,

Phantom Queen,

Morrigan, smiling.

Nothing can defeat,

What lies beneath,

My heart denies lust,

Victory belongs to me,

For you, I believe.

I give 100-rating encouraging and positive reviews/comments for swaps. I do not review without swaps! This site has a lack of people exchanging reviews making it entirely ineffective for me to review first. If you want your work reviewed, let me know. I will expect reviews in exchange.

Honesty drives all constructive business, including writing! If we can improve each others composition, we should let each other know! We are helping each other out this way! Material preference does not matter for composition! Let's effectively support each other on this sit e!

Sorry for the rant. Just tired of all the childish behavior on this site. Want to see everyone improve, including myself! Love, Bryanel.

This is a good poem about strengthening through suffering.

But then in your author's note... "I give 100-rating encouraging and positive reviews/comments for swaps...". That is contradictory to your message and kinda s***s all over the poem's alleged meaning, making it hollow and disingenuous. There is nothing 'honest' about that. You get an 80/100 because of it.
