Studying

I don't want to do this.
My eyes are heavy
and my body is limp.

I can't do this.
My eyes are shutting
and my body slumps.

Slumber, slumber.
My body craves it,
But I must stay up.

Nice. I used to live in the south actually. My grandparents came from Muskogee Ok and I lived in Texas for a while. I have to admit there is apart of me that misses the south

I love the south very much, but the whole racism is getting really bad down here. I can't walk out my door with out someone being at someone's throat. STAY OVER THERE! Lol I will save you from all the troubles down here.

I am so sorry to hear you have to go through that. I know kind of had to go through some racism myself even living in california when I moved to arcata, but that is ridiculous. No one should have to put up with stuff like that. Its really too bad because from what I have felt about you you seem like a pretty cool person in general and I think we would actually enjoy each others company. It sucks when stuff like that happens to anyone.

I agree. I have colored(hope you okay with that, if not I am so sorry) friends. And I am okay with any race, we all bleed red, walk, and talk. I just wish they would see that not everyone is like the people in the past. It has gotten to the point where my mother is worried to death that me being white is enough reason for me to get shot, just going to the movies or wal-mart. It's that bad. I would rather be in Cali. It couldn't be that bad over there.

No, not it isn't nearly as bad, and especially not in the larger cities like San Jose Los Angeles, San Francisco, and a lot of the other bay area towns. If you decide to to ever move ever here I wouldn't mind helping you settle in cali if you ever get to the point where you are done

I would hope you had a soft side. I am glad, I love your poetry. I don't know much about MMA, I have a cousin who was in it and a little friend who is in it. And I wouldn't wanna get in a fight with them. Lol so I could see where I could see two different people.

I truly feel like a hybrid. I'm very passionate and kind (at least I think so) and at the same time I work hard and have the ability to compete against any human being in a "fight" (once again, in my own opinion heh) it's funny to me, I have a cousin who plays guitar with me and he plays Metal and he's 5'6'' 145lbs. I'm much taller and physically imposing but I play acoustic guitar with softer melodies heh

I love my Cali. Chamomile at night, Southern Sweet Tea through the day, and English Breakfast in the morning. My Mum is English and my father is from the South so I know my tea ;)

Well then, you are a fine breed. Lol Sweet Tea is a drug down here. I wouldn't say it's the healthiest drink, it almost the same as soda. But it is good, especially with lemon! If you don't mind me asking, where is your father from?

I like to think so, a Proper Chap and a Southern Gentleman. I've spent a lot of time in Mississippi so I'm all too familiar. He was born in Texas and raised in Mississippi.
