Never-wandering love

A poem written for TBRC Collage Contest using verses from the poems of 6 renowned poets.

And in life's noisiest hour,
Was the worst pang that sorrow ever bore.
The day breaks not: it is my heart,
yet did I love thee to the last.
One-thoughted, never-wandering, guileless love,
I loved you first: but afterwards your love.
