A Poem by Butterflymom

"Why", I cried, as I wallowed in pain, "must we endure these things?"

I prayed, and cried, and sought help for my child

You surrounded me in peace and said to me,

"I didn't send this pain, and grief to your soul; it is of YOUR world and your job is to grow

I promised to comfort you, and to draw you close, and that I would always be there when you need me the most

You are in a world of scientific laws, but it is the spiritual ones

that will bring you home again

I am there with you holding you up, providing you strength and comfort and such

Don't worry my child I will bring you home again

And you won't remember this

Just like your memory faded of being with me

You will enjoy the fruits of eternity

This is just a passage to bring you much pleasure

Without going through this life you would have no way to measure

Or to understand the esctasy that will be yours

forever to treasure"

While reading this piece i had a comforting feeling . Almost as if this piece was written for me. But there in lies your talent. To give your readers a true sense of personification. The message is excellent even if life lessons can be a hard pill to swallow sometimes.
