Pointless Nothing #1

Pointless Nothing #1

A Poem by CLCurrie
"

He wrote about how he feard happiness.

"

There’s a dead Bluebird at my boots

                His name is Charles

His lungs were filled with smoke

His songs were dripping with booze

He was struck down out of the Blue

                Free from who’s cage?

I did not hear

                Where did he come from?

Was all I could ask to the endless Carolina Blue sky

                Where did he go?

                Where did he go.
