A Poem by Jessica L Auster

Beautiful porcelain skin,
Rosy cheeks,
A smile that would light up the whole room.

Death encounters fate.
She screams and yells.
No one can hear her cries.

She gets away this time.
Everybody looks at her with evil eyes.
She can only describe the pain she's in.

Death tried to kiss her lips again.
This time it was different,
This time, it didn't fail.

this line to me was very profound. i thought it was a tad unusual from your other stuff, but it is very nicely done like all of your other stuff.
