Love's Folly

Love's Folly

A Poem by Captain Rilen

Childhood love,
such innocent folly.
Free from restriction,
void of all worry.

If only the physicality,
reflected the mind.
That hopeful, lustful love,
incomprehensibly blind.

Though in time,
we eventually come to see.
Love and its climb,
are invented by me.
