The Glass Man

The Glass Man

A Poem by Captain Rilen

A glass man,
standing on the shelf.
He's perfectly translucent.
See him for yourself.

He need not move,
he does not see.
It's disconcerting,
how still he can be.

He's an artificial man,
do believe me.
Though he does reflect a little,
of who he wishes to be.

Honestly, this reminded me of me. The sun shines through the half existence of a glass man. Fill in the gaps and maybe it will start reflecting.
Amazing poem. Thought provoking and perfectly rhyming.
Keep smiling.
