Things never touched can haunt us more than what was done.

                         Whispers in the dark

I lay on cold sheets not wanting the warmth of the night. My thoughts are flowing to you.
Miles separate us and by closing my eyes. I see your face and I try to set-up perfect dreams with you and I.
Holding embrace like secret lovers hiding in the dark, not wanting the light of the new day to interrupt.

Sometimes I feel your love near, like we are reaching out in sweet dreams where kind lovers can go and know peace.
I feel you caressing my mind and thoughts. Making me come alive and yearning to touch tender skin and soft mouth.

My lover. We can't allow time and separation to make us forget. Love is sweet like the Summer German wine. Love isn't hard, just need to be caressed and kept alive.

The distance is becoming less and my hope for your sweet kiss and embrace keep me alive and well. I know one day, sweet dreams can come true and love is life. Life is love.

You are my last dream. Your beautiful face and voice made me wish upon the first star of the night. I whisper in the dark  of the night for the beautiful woman who made me dream and smile once again.

Sometimes distance can separate love but with whispers of memories we can close our eyes and they are there with us in spirit, keeping the love alive in our hearts so we will not forgot what it feels like to be cherished and adored. Sweet longing laced with romantic sentiment.

After reading some bunches of your stuffs, it`s been cleared that you`re a true Romantic soul. Your love`s immortal... like "Jack" and "Juliet" Indeed. The feelings you`ve got for love .. for a hottest woman are adorable and I always feel so refresh getting lost in your Romantic thoughts ... Good to know. Yeah .. I think, that`s why I love reading your stuffs. I believe, if someone wants to find the real presence, if someone wants of feel the immortal fragrances of love .. then he/she can find it in old stuffs... isn`t it? sincere, powerful poem. 'Love is life. Life is love.' Great two lines, holds meaning and in-depth thought. The ending is a great ending, to tie all the knots together. The ending had me thinking in two directions. One of them was that the person is lying on his deathbed, thinking about all of the dreams, and the ending comes and takes him away.
The other was much more simple. He fell asleep, thanking the stars for bringing him such good dreams.
Love this poem, keep it up. Very well penned.
