           Cigarettes, whiskey and you

I told you. Flawed and imperfect love.

Destine places for the forgotten.

We, who wandered on lonely path.

Seekers of frenzy nights and calm days.

Never content with organized life and days.

We have the smoking nights, strong whiskey to open our minds

and I have you.

I want to swim in your beauty. Allow your darkness to overtake

my restless mind.

Love is very fragile and some of us.

We are ugly with disappointment and fear the tenderness of true love.

Fear is the worst prism through which to view love. Then again - fear grows with each love lost and only total faith can remove that fear.
This is tremendous writing Coyote. I got the smokey saloon feel and the souls within it - damaged and battered - all seeking the same thing...
