Softly we go..

Softly we go..

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Yesterday is gone. Take my hands and make today. Our best day.

"
Softly we go.
Softly we go, you and me.
We had danced in many dangerous storms
and we want more.
Baby sweet, honey, my love.
We need shoeless days,
we need to hear the song of the sea.
We need the morning sun on our face and
more easy days.
Softly we go,
trying to find people who can smile,
we are trying to find a colorless world
where every child had shelter, food and they are safe.
Softly we go, hand in hand.
Praying to the Goddess of the Pacific Ocean.
Please allow me to know one day of peace.

I like the romance and the repetition; gives good dimension to this romantic poem; an invite to her.
