Unconditional

Unconditional

A Poem by Caustic_Dystopia

You could go and leave me all alone
Sitting in a corner waiting on the phone

You could curse my name
and tell people I'm to blame.

You could move on with someone new
forget my face and all we've been through.

You could betray my trust,
Squeeze my heart 'til it turns to dust.

You could say you love me then take it back
Use every trick to hide what you lack.

You could tell yourself I never loved you
Even though that isn't true.

Your melody is so compositional
that it made my love unconditional.

This is impeccable, she still loves me after all he's done.
