Undiscovered Love

Undiscovered Love

A Poem by Caustic_Dystopia

He'll be funny and smart with a touch of crazy,
tall and sarcastic with a dash of lazy.

Eyes that shine when he smiles,
a light that emits over a million miles.

He'll know what to say to pull me out from the dark,
his voice a perfect sound that sings to my heart.

He'll be silly and fun, he'll drive me up the wall,
but in my time of need he'll be the place I fall.

His arms will hold me secure and tight
he'll protect my heart with all his might.

His love for me will never stray
and no matter how difficult he'll always stay.

We'll ague, we'll fight,
but we'll always set it right.

He'll be patient and understanding when I'm out of my mind,
a unique individual I can't wait to find.

And if by chance we've already met
I pray that fate hasn't written us off, yet.
