The Puzzle of Memories

The pictures in my head are portraits
of mistakes and misfortune.
Prancing around like funny puppets.
Anxiety climbing towards eruption.
I start to wonder and begin to question
about the emotions in my possession.
And it continues to remain a mystery
all of my unfortunate history.
Why did it happen - this and that?
Why is this the way I react?
I'm out of touch with basic reality
and possess no grip on my personality,
with slowly declining esteem.
Having no clue what all this means.
