With My Naked Soul

Dark cascading whispers hide
within your serenity
from painful hours that have fallen
like leaves
in your sleep.
If I could bury those hours
deep away from where you think
perhaps your heart would no longer suffer,
and your peace, you could keep.

Inside of a daydream or two
containing soothing moments,
I would love
to softly caress your hands
with the gladness in my heart.
I would send a smile to sit
inside the place that you call home
when your eyes are open
and your visions
holding sharp.

I would dance upon your chest
with my naked soul,
if it would take away the painful hours
your mind continues
to be faithful to.
Don't you know that life itself
has written your name
on everything known as me
and that I was born
to comfort you?

Truly inspirational soul speak...After 3 reads I get 3 perspectives...the mind's conversation with it's own heart and soul and the second the thoughts of another soul dear to the writer...The third perspective combines both and there are beautiful lines that phase all three persecutions...Only Neva knows and only I know how much I love this sensitive masterpiece of soul speak understanding...

What a great concept and use of words, I like the idea of a soul dancing playfully to help someone and transcending physical barriers between the actual world and dreams, brilliant. It also conjours my thoughs to imagine what a soul looks like, if anything at all I imagine them to be white whispers of things like ghosts, it would be strange to think of them with clothes on. Your poem shows devotion, I like very much the photo and its colouring .

Ohh dear what words .how love could take us so far
and do crazy thing ,all ready for whatever comforts you
i know that sad smiles ,those sunken eyes,and blurred mind
from memories too deep engraved on a lovely soul,i would do
everything to reverse what i see..i will filter deep in your dreams
all colored and oozy so you could only see the lovely me..
i will do what it takes to make you smile,i will flip up
even do the clown work ,like in circus,go into the air and down
round and round,i will do all the silly things till you beam again
