Overthinking.

Overthinking.

A Poem by Charlie

I am like my phone

I can only compute so much

before I grow tired

And need to

recharge.

I am no more like a child,

For I worry, regret, and fear

All that joyful bliss

Is now

Adulterated.

I am like a raisin

I've lost my ego, my self

And in losing it,

I leave behind

A shell.
