Heart Speak Sad

I like him but i'm not sure 

it's gonna work out

No one really wants to take a risk to

TRUST

that's the game 

but we don't want to play 

rather play some other game

each deflecting on to the other 

rather than own what's our's  

it's sad really 

it will probably just get drawn out 

slowly but surely

hanging on the the bitter end

waiting in vain 

for this mysterious "other person"

to make it happen

but in the end 

there will be nothing  

no happiness to greet us good morning 

no smiling souls

holding hands 

growing 

laughing blissfully 

just  slowly departing lovers mist 

and 

smiles slowly turning to frowns

 Disappointed hearts, 

walking away

just wishing we had taken that risk in 

 LOVE

Good to walk slowly into love and friendship. Need to know the people we open our heart and mind to. I believe with old age. We show less. no-one know what I really think today. It is sad we create walls of fears to block out love and kindness. A powerful poem. Made me think this early morning. Thank you for the outstanding poetry.
