But maybe, just maybe that wasn't good enough for me anymore

Maybe I didn't want to be the way I AM... maybe I wanted to feel just a little different

Maybe if I changed myself around this time nothing would mess up

We wouldn't break up, it'd be perfect this time: "I swear"

I thought, but you're the same, you’re not different than the rest you just look different

I hate that I love you, I hate that I can't stop myself from loving you because I do love you

But what I hate most of all is the fact that I know what you do to me and I still choose to stay.

And because of that, I hate myself
