Hug in Storm

after a lot of stress i decided to write this, for myself and others

The wind crashes and swoops

But you’ll be safe 

The monsters roam and crawl

But it’s only a dream

The rain falls like the pat of duck feet

And the taps on the ceiling are the duck’s beak

In the morning, when the sun rises, it’ll be okay

For now it’s so scary, but it’ll be better one day

You can hug as long as you want, until you can breathe again
