Fruit of Life

Fruit of Life

A Poem by Christian N. C.
"

Every day is the best day ever, if you can appreciate what you see.

"
There is beauty in all things.
There is beauty in Life as there is in Death.
A baby's laugh, a widow's cry
A moonlit beach, reflecting on the water. Showing you a new light.

Life, water, happiness, love, physical appeal.
They're all beautiful, peaceful and full of desire!
Natural wonders, landmarks, formations
Man made structures, steel titans, stone fortresses. Wood, glass, fabric all coming together to form something amazing in Life.

----

But does Death not have the same potential that Life has?
Death makes way for new beginnings. Death is a silent symphony.
A fire that burns down trees or a volcano that ravages the land is natures way of bringing new beauty.

So why only smile at the pretty things?
Beauty can be ugly, it can be whatever we want it to be.
Death is a surefire thing and Life is fleeting, like old memories.

I believe that when Death comes to greet me, that He will be joined by Life.
And that is where the beauty is seen.
