Yet another letter to you

You and I

Are unique

And I shall not seek

For your replacement

Down this earth

 

I miss you as hell

But,

And as hard as it hurts

This is not the reason

Why I came here

 

It took a while

For me to accept

This ineluctable fact

That you and I

Will not meet face to face

Nor will hold arms

In this present life

 

You and I

Will live on through all times

And cross all space

Until heaven ends

 

We are bound

To an unspeakable love

That will outrun

Any absence

Any silence

Of centuries long

 

Far or near

You are a part of me

I am a part of you

Brother and sister

Having our backs

You or me, an angel

Me or you,

Human for a few decades

 

Time is nothing

And one life

Is a blink of an eye

In our everlasting history

 

So spread your wings

And go on your way

For what you have ahead

I can’t walk next to you

 

I have a purpose of my own

And proudly I will vow

To accomplish and grow

So I can bring the strength acquired

Into me and back to you

 

And in a century or two

Filled with love

We’ll finally

Hold again

wow ...again what a moving, touching poem about a moment in ur life that i couldnt even imagine how much it had to hurt,,,but ur words and stanza, as they speak of the sadness and pain i think also speak of u both moving on, in the best way possible, until u meet again,,,,
