Me and My Metal

Me and My Metal

A Poem by ClurHank

O, metal I have stained
Forgive me, I have pained.
You help me through regrets,
But each day, more have set.
In you I find relief.
A breath, however brief.
You draw my inner color.,
That that I hate.
Let it flew flow.

I thank you,
But I can't help but to imagine
That the rough twine would
Bring more permanent relief.
But have I the guts?
It is what I seem to wish,
But I have not the guts,
Only those to stain
Me and my metal.
