Window Girl

Window Girl

A Poem by ClurHank
"

Inspired by a photograph

"
Her hand curled into a soft fist,
Small and fleshy, full of curiosity.
Eyes trained ahead, she watches, observes.
She prepares for the life ahead.
Her face reflects in the glass,
But she looks straight through,
Across the tracks, the field,
Into the forest, beyond.

I like this poem a lot. It makes your imagination run wild because so much is left unsaid. The poem itself is well written and flows well. Good work.
