Sky Dove

Sky Dove

A Poem by Judas Hammer
"

Ode to Dove I saw one evening

"

 Sky Dove

The sky dove flies

From east to south

The sky dove is a hero

The other bird love the sky dove

The clouds are his friend

The wind his Ally

I love the shy dove

Faster then the Eagle

The mocking bird is his part time lover

Full time friend

Sometime enemy

For the sky dove knows my insides

He's from the sky

He prays for me because while playing chess with the angles

He whispers in Gods right ear

Whispers for me

He weeps for my troubles

The little tears hit my nose

And drip to my chin

Like warm rain

The sky dove weeps for me

For he sees my future

He was written about my past

I hate the sky dove

He is so much better then me

Out of all the avian to swim the clouds

He is the most loyal

I throw golden confetti

I throw silver

I throw diamonds

He ignores them

He only wants my friendship

I offer him the diamonds again

My friendship is worthless

What a unique & breathtaking piece! Excellent description and symbolism! I loved the lines "The mocking bird is his part time lover." and "He whispers in Gods right ear." The ending is fascinating as well - at first the bird only wants your friendship and then, when he is tempted with the diamonds again, he takes those instead. XD Lovely poem, I liked it a lot! ^___^

Your style is truely original and unique, layered with many subliminal messages, which makes it all the more an intriguing read. Found maybe one odd grammer check, line 4:
The other bird love the sky dove

Instead try loves? The flow sticks there for me, the dove needs to show ownership? Throw out all those periods, the line break is enough for the reader to stop and take a breath. Otherwise, fantastic job!
