Conflict of Art

Conflict of Art

A Poem by Comatose

Art is a beautiful everlasting,
A masterpiece that's purposely built to stay
Ethereal, wondrous, enduring,
Memory that will never fade away.
-
Art is a vibrant outburst of glory,
For one to admire at its peek prime,
Waning to a half-remembered story,
A stepping stone lost in the course of time.
-
Two points of view, one black the other white,
Held by two fantastic artists, two friends
The same but different as day and night,
They always argue, no limits or ends.
-
Art is eternal, no, art is fleeting,
Such are two opposites, never meeting.
