Come Morning Come

A Poem by White Rose
"

This is a poem I wrote in the memory of my cousin, Alex, who died mysteriouly during the night. He was only 10 months old when he left this world. This is just a peaceful way to think of death, im my mind. This is in the eyes of the deceiced and also in

"

     An angel passed by

with a smile in his eye,

during the night

came a bright light.

Come morning come

for I am done,

Shed some light

on this darkened night.

Tears shed

on this bed,

the pillows are wet

as wet as they can get.

A childless mother

cries on another,

her heart shattered

and it is battered.

Come morning come

for I am done,

shed some light

on this darkened night.

An angel cries

while his heart dies,

His mother's tears

lets him know time nears.

Come morning come

for I am done,

shed some light

on this darkened night.

Morning comes

and time is done,

the angel leaves

and still loves his mommy.

Stay morning stay

be bright days,

warm the hearts

of my family's arts.

I don't know whether I should enjoy it or not. It's a very sad poem about your cousin is what I'm saying. I enjoyed the way you told it, though. R.I.P. to your cousin, Alex.
