Sister poem to "Sent to You"

I pray tonight

That we’ll be alright

As I drift off to dream

I know somewhere,

Someone deafly screams

My heart slowly beats in my chest

As friends lay loved ones to rest

We all suffer our loss

We must all pay the cost

But know life will work out for the best

May we all get up

From the mess we wallow in

And maybe…

Just maybe…

Life will save us from our Sins
