Heart chakra activation

Heavy chest

Trouble breathing

Heart palpitations

Abnormal feeling

Standing backbend yoga pose

is what's needed, I suppose.

Stand up straight, arms up high,

bend my back up to the sky.

Cobra pose is what's next.

On my tummy, in context.

Hands down flat on the mat,

lift my chest, and that is that.

Deep breath in,

deep breath out.

Feeling better,

there's no doubt.

I feel happy,

I feel light,

I feel at peace

with delight.

A deep sense of love

flows through my whole body,

compassion for all

and every body.
