A Lover and a Midnight Quarrel.

A lovely quarrel impressed upon passionate veins.

I awoke a frenzied night,

Jolted with rumination,

My fingers traced your stilled shivers,

Wrapped in the curiosity of ocean,

Blue waves wafting upon your skin,

I caress and encircle it.

Your vagrant breath rested all over me,

Slowly,

Steadily,

Quiescent,

They conjure my Impulse's pith.

Your melting silken eyes beckon me,

Oh, how I plummet in the shallow rivers! 

Your palms bloom like water lilies,

And groom my myth ridden face,

O the embrace of petals! 

I swoon over the lovely velvet grace.

A little pull upon my waist,

Like streams seduced rills,

And soon the lips tease,

Upon the attraction of ripples.

A crescent shine across your lips,

And the final touch, 

Desperation and need engage.

Greedily your hands explore,

A sailor upon his final voyage.

For I, wouldn't have known,

The beauty of ocean,

For I, wouldn't have known,

The madness of passion,

If I wouldn't have devoured,

The fragile touch of your fingers,

The shiver of love,

The inevitability of sin

If your lips didn't shiver,

Upon the crimson cupid bruise on my wrist.

I feel as though I've been embraced, caressed, and kissed into a nirvana of blissful ecstasy.
How on earth do you inspire your pen to speak with such an alluring voice, Kajal … from where are the heavenly, beautiful, and tenderly arousing sensations pulsing out into us from your words derived?
No average woman/lover could have composed this marvel of enthrallment — I feel, feel, feel … "smitten"!
Such is the power and skill of one with a knowing heart, mind, and soul, that they can captivate and hold a reader so closely, so deeply, so completely in her moments … as you have me ⁓ such a glorious being you truly are.
The "quietude" of your spectacular picture sweeps my spirit into it, and the cartoon rendering reflects perfectly the imagined intent of your poem … all working together to set the sensually wondrous mood and ambiance.
