A Dash of Catastrophy

From the ashes a soul dies

                          Agony relinquishes its wrath

                      Blood soaked cries fade into the air

Never to be heard again!

                       A monsterious creature takes its place

   Crushes the pieces of once whole

Reality becomes lost within fantasy

                       Something is lost

 Unnamed spirit becomes hollow

Emptyness surrounds it

                  Contaminating its heart

Soaking wet with tears of despair

                It vanishes...

What is left among the wreckage?

                   Creatures of unimaginable horror

   Crawl to the surface and roar with power!

For tonight, true judgement has come forth

                 Angels of pure become hell seekers

 Taking flight to the eye of the storm

                   Destroying everything within sight!

Nothing to stand in the way...

           All is lost...

An untouched heart is not broken

     But also....a broken heart is untouched....

        Never stand in the midist of battle

 No winner, no loser... only darkness rises...and casts hell.

Well quite a nasty- but thoroughly workable- flow with the stanzas. Neat rhyme scheme and dark tales. But not so dark as to be un-enjoyable. I'd say this is one of your better works; grow as the author!
