Losing

Losing

A Poem by D. Hansen

A chasm so deep,

No one could cross,

Shielding yourself,

From love,

And from loss,

Broken record,

Played all night,

Worn through,

With rips and tears,

Tossed away,

Like a waste of,

Space.

Loads of feeling in just a few words. Having recently lost my husband, I can relate to this one. valentine

About
