My journey continues
As it has for years
I've had ups and downs
And I've been lost many times
I've seen paths clearly
Faced challenges untold
Many have come and gone
And yet I still travel forward
I don't know what lies ahead
Even the past is unclear
Not always succeeding
But still carry on
Writing this book as I go
Tear stained pages smeared
And others a jumbled mess
But the story is not yet done
This author marches on
Until the pages are all gone
Then my story will be retold
By those who remember
And allow me in their tales
