Thoughts: I'd guess you are the lover, but interestingly I get the impression the point of view shifts from Charcoal to you. In the first 4 stanzas, it all sounds like Charcoal's point of view, but in the last few lines of the 5th stanza I get the feeling that it's from your point of view. I like this one especially since it's your interpretation of someone else's point of view.

Constructive Criticism: None, I liked the poem so much that there wasn't anything I could find to critic on it. The mystery of who is the lover draws my interest.

I like the tease. The only predictability of the poem comes from the picture. It leads you towards the conclusion. But it could still be about anyone or anything. Great piece of work.
