The Void

Random feeling evoked write of love lost.

This is darkness,
The true darkness.
Nothing can compare
To this void like despair
You left in my soul.
A darkness sucking me in.
A black hole
sucking in my stars,
Moons,
Planets,
Space,
I cannot shake it.
It surrounds me
Engulfing me in a blackened flame,
Not heating but chilling me to the bone.
Choking off every breath I take.
The Emotional chances I embrace
For love,
For wealth,
All dropped in this void.
Leaving only sadness,
Strife,
Grief.
I've lost so much.
You've taken it all.
This void is all that is left,
A bottomless hungry ravenous hole.
Please will someone
Return love to this soul?
