Wine of Her

Wine of Her

A Poem by Danielle Renee

You drank her in
many times, but
always saved
some for later.
She was sweet
at the first taste,
but the more you
you drank, the more
bitter she became.
Don’t let the last
drop of the wine
of her give a bad
name for the rest.
