A Poem by Danny Metcalfe

The applause made of marble existed in the form of evolution
and so remained the smell of heaven. The sweet air, the task
that fortune brings to life, goes forth and conquers the doors of
descent. Most loyal to the nation of language, speaking in
brightness, the parallel of darkness composed of liberty, the vast
age of youth! Where hearts rejoice! The valiant sound steeping
into the armies of the wild, into the rivers of reality. The
perpetual waters in the mists of unknown riches. What awaits
the awaiter but the soulality of your being. Eating berries from
the tree of language. Strawberry dreams taking vows of triumph.
The new language born from words unspeakable.

What really caught my eye was, "The perpetual waters in the mists of unknown riches. What awaits the awaiter but the soulality of your being." Those lines were beautiful. I haven't heard soulality used in a poem or recreational in writing haha. Bravo. The words painted the most beautiful portrait. :)
