On The Wings Of Desire Today I gave wings to my desires At last they can go and freely fly My spirit holding onto my desires At last can go and soar truly high Uplifted I am by setting my desires free At last I will see this world from heaven's eye On my desires I will soar to what life can be On the wings of my desires I now soar high I gave my desires their freedom today My desires at last have their own wings They are at last soaring their own way On them I go to face what desire brings.
