A Soul for Devil

A Soul for Devil

A Poem by Satoshi IroTzu

Afore me a mountain
and a path voluminous with thorns and rocks
All I carry  in heart is locked
Deep down my journey
and upright with knees that buckle
My doubts whisper that God emits a curse
And so, Sun betrays me in collision with my thirst
Water I need
Quest I abandon as I fall
yielded for drops I plead
Gift a man his final call
Plunged to ground
Covered by scattered mind
Missionary was I that fed his Devil
and Devil acts every time.
