The Return of Jesus

The Return of Jesus

A Poem by Satoshi IroTzu

Out of a perfect blue
formed a beautiful colors of sunset over sky.
First the ramblings came then the earthquake
then humans felt the wrath of God.

Eyelids of clouds
but the perfectly bright blue iris.
Only one eye.
And I saw in it the sorrow and anger
I saw the faith of the human race.
It was the same as mine
it was the inevitable demise.

My eyes locked with the creator.
I smiled but I felt defeated.
I wasn`t a believer but I acted right.
"I care not" was God`s reply.

"All I care is that you lived proper, my son"
and the eye was shut.
I found myself in front of gates of the afterlife.
It was an ideal world without the sense of self.
Yet I felt unique as the part of the one.
My salvation was just.
