Death Sonnet

A Poem by DepressedRaven

Read with caution. People who fear death don't read.

Can you really pretend death is not here

Death isn’t just a game

You will fear

You are the only one put to shame

Death it comes silently

Death has many faces

 Lovely death killing violently

It goes many places

You can’t run

It seeks you out

It can never be won

Even causes you to doubt

Death isn’t a game

However it will claim

Very, very true. It's the great leveller- whoever we are in life we all end up the same way.

I am curious about the concept of death not being a game. i know your post talked about suicide- i this what you mean? People trying to seek attention by trying to commit suicide but it is not meant to be an attention-seeker because it's series- its not a game.

This poeM brings in some very interesting ideas that people don't want to think about. I lie the idea of death having many faces- I would maybe being in the conceot that you never know which form is coming for you.

I would appreciate a review on my work 'The Crash'. Thanks
