You push yourself through me

Getting your way inside

And I automatically wrap around you

What else could I do

 

But when you pull away from me

I’m left stretched and empty

And you

What is the difference

Between me wrapping around you

Or someone else

 

I can take you in

Take you in more than anyone else

But you’re stretching me

Until I can’t go back down to regular size

 

It’s such an empty feeling

Letting you in only to have you withdraw

Pull away into your own little world

Somewhere I can’t reach

 

You don’t know what it’s like

To open up

Have someone fill a gap that’s never been filled

To discover such loneliness

Such a lack of something

Someone

 

And I’m dying

I’m dying to be whole again

I’m dying for you to get inside my world

Because there’s no way I can get inside yours

 

And I’m empty

I’m empty

Hollow

 

And there are echoes

Echoing

 

Rebounding off the walls

Pleading

Begging

Crying

 

Fill me

 

I’m dying

 

To not be

 

So empty

Alrighty, I haven't posted anything in awhile. Haven't been inspired.

Now, I am not sure if anyone will truly know what this poem is about.

But please, do tell me what you think it's about. I'm curious.

I'll reveal what it's about soon :)

It's about more than sex though expressed in sexual terms. Perhaps the lover is empty too. like in his being.

sounds like the after sex he leaves and you want more,either more sex, or just someone there for more than just sex. anyway men are dicks, some kinda joke about how men are master keys and fit every lock but a lock that takes every key is a s****y lock. anyway i think this was interesting, you have a rather erotic twist in a good handful of your writings, i like that.

I thinks about someone who loves someone so much, but that someone doesn't love them that way. And it tells the how the main character feels about it. It's a very good write!

Hearing what's going on within the mind and inner voice of someone who's dying for that emotional connection from their significant other so they can become apart of their world.
